How We Work

THE BRIEF

During the initial brief stage, we take the time to learn about how the client wishes to use the property, their style, and their lifestyle. We build a picture of the project through a site visit or floor plans and photographs as well as ensuring that we understand all factors such as time scale, budget, and any structural requirements.

CONCEPTS

After taking the detailed brief we will present the concept designs, consisting of floor plans and elevations illustrating the proposed furniture layouts and any structural changes that may be required. We also present mood board presentations containing samples of all the proposed fabrics and finishes as well as imagery of suggested furniture and joinery concepts

FINAL DETAILS

Having approved all of the concept designs we progress to the design development and detail design stage. All final bespoke furniture, joinery and interior architecture drawings will be presented, along with all final finishes artwork and accessories for clients to approve. At this stage we will also present a fully itemised breakdown of costs.

After graduating with a BA Hons degree in Interior Architecture Design in 2010, Shanzay went on to become an interior designer at a high end interior design practice. Growing her way through the company to become a senior designer and with this had the opportunity to produce designs which won both national and international design awards. Shanzay’s experience is all encompassing, combining a wealth of knowledge and passion for design within the high end residential

We spent over a year and had quotes from 7 different interior design companies before deciding which to use. Moniet seemed to give the best combination of value and quality. Shanzay was by far the most creative in terms of her design. It was obvious she had put a lot of thought and time into coming up with the best design and layout. We were initially apprehensive about not being able to see examples of the cabinets in a showroom but Shanzay and the team were able to bring samples of everything for us to see at home and the 3D renderings were incredibly realistic
